Most Expensive Cards in Murders at Karlov Manor

This is a very competitively viable card thanks to its defensive capabilities. Having a creature's trigger go off twice is just too good to pass up, punishing players who attempt to go after you. The art is also quite appealing in this version of the card. 

Massacre Girl has good draw power in a game that desperately needs it. This Human Assassin was made for competitive play and you'll see her in a few top decks. 

This card has some badass art that collectors cannot resist. The Demon looks incredibly intense. It's also pretty strong at 6/6. With flying and trample, Rakdos allows your opponent to sacrifice two non-lands — if they don't, you can draw two cards. 

Anzrag allows for an additional combat phase but that's just the beginning. This is probably the most competitive card in the entire expansion when you realize that it can allow for infinite combat, mana, or damage depending on who you pair Anzrag with. It's no surprise this card is on the list. 

Vannifar has some stunning art, with the Elf Ooze Wizard looking absolutely fierce and ethereal in the image. You can also put a +1/+1 counter on each colorless creature you control, which is pretty nice.  

This interesting card has a bit of versatility. You can give a targeted creature deathtouch, vigilance, or double strike. On top of that, the mystical forest-inspired artwork featuring the Dryad is definitely something collectors cannot resist. 

This legendary creature is a mixture of a crocodile, an elk, and a turtle. It's honestly just a very interesting creature with a whimsical art bringing it to life. The 15 mana cost is quite eyewatering, but it has a pretty interesting effect on other creatures. It probably isn't the most competitive on the list but it's sure fascinating all around. 

This Vampire Assassin has some of the most badass art in the expansion. The leap from above with the moon overhead is just eye-catching and intense. Vein Ripper states that your target opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life every time a creature dies, which is pretty tricky.
